- Search for a Job - Go to the Department of Finance & Employee Relations home page select. Enter your search criteria. (To view all job postings, do not enter any search criteria)
- Create a My State Job Search account

- build an online resume
- make updates to your resume at any time
- apply for vacant positions
- view the status of jobs you have applied for
- create Job Search Agents that will email you about new job openings
Once you have created an account you will be able to:
- Resume Builder - Once you create an account, you can create and submit your online resume.
Applying for Jobs Once you have submitted a resume, you can apply for job vacancies online.You will be given two choices: - Search and review job postings by selecting <Search for Jobs>. When you find a position that you qualify for, click inside the Apply for this job box at the top of the job posting and click the <Apply to selected jobs> at the bottom of the page, or
- If you already know the job post number to which you would like to apply, select <Apply for Positions>. Enter the job post number exactly as shown on the job post.
Job Search Agent Let the Job Search Agents do the work for you! Enter the criteria of jobs you are searching for, and when available jobs matching your criteria become available, you will be notified by email.
