The Texas Transitions Hiring Program is a program designed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to assist college graduates who are transitioning from college to work.  The TCEQ is one of the most comprehensive state environmental agencies in the nation.  Here are a few of the agency's major functions:
